Carla and Loren at the Ulara Resort

We spent our one night near Ayers Rock in a large resort comprised of several hotels. These lodgings are arranged in a circle around a large, empty piece of land. In this picture and the next, you see Carla and me in that undeveloped central area.

Yes, the dirt really is this red. And the plants really were this green. It was a wet Spring in the Ourback.
